Fostering collaboration and creativity
Message Lab is an agency rooted in storytelling and data insights. Leadership asked for a custom designed set of workshops to help foster a creative and collaborative culture while also being efficient and productive.
I created a series of 3 workshop sessions focused on skill building and custom designed, reusable frameworks that provided the cross-functional team more opportunities for collaboration and effective ideation.
